Lottie is a beautiful 15.3hh (approx.) 6-year-old Thoroughbred mare looking for her forever home after a short and unsuccessful racing career—she simply wasn’t fast enough! Since retiring, she has proven herself to be the sweetest, kindest mare with a wonderful attitude to life.

She is a genuine pleasure to have around and has been ridden by everyone from experienced riders to complete novices, taking everything in her stride. Lottie works nicely on the flat, hacks confidently both alone and in company, and is unfazed by traffic.

She is excellent to handle in every way—good for the farrier, easy to load and travel, stands quietly for bathing and clipping, and is up to date with vaccinations and worming.

Lottie has a lovely temperament both on the ground and under saddle. She absolutely loves attention, enjoys being groomed and pampered, and forms a real bond with her people. She lives happily in a herd or on her own, provided she has another horse nearby.
