Straight from racing and lightly raced with just two starts, Sassy last ran in May 2025 before being turned away for a well-earned break. After spending the last three months relaxing in the field, she’s now ready to begin her next chapter.

We rode her today, and she was an absolute pleasure. As a young mare, we’re taking things at her pace, but she has all the ingredients to become a fantastic riding horse for someone looking to continue her education.

Sassy has the sweetest temperament. She loves attention, enjoys being around people, and will happily stand all day for a fuss. She’s kind, affectionate, willing, and has a lovely attitude that makes her a real pleasure to handle. In the right home, she has the potential to make someone a very special horse.

Sassy does windsuck, and this has been reflected in her price. However, it has never stopped her from being a happy, healthy mare, and we hope prospective buyers won’t let it overshadow all of her wonderful qualities.
